Driving the HR Lifecycle - From Hiring to Payroll/Benefits to HR Development to Employee Transition
EDISON, N.J.--Sept. 7, 2006-- CheckPoint HR Celebrates National Payroll Week with Tools and Services that Empower Mid-Market Organizations to Automate and Optimize HR Operations

CheckPoint HR, LLC, an innovator and leading Administrative Service Organization (ASO) that offers small- to mid-size organizations a single source for human resources and benefits solutions, today addressed the importance of automating and optimizing the human resources lifecycle, especially the payroll function, amid the backdrop of National Payroll Week (NPW), September 4-8, 2006.

National Payroll Week celebrates the hard work by America's 156 million wage earners and the payroll professionals who pay them. Together, through the payroll withholding system, these wage earners contribute, collect, report and deposit approximately $1.4 trillion, or 71%, of the annual revenue of the U.S. Treasury. Founded in 1996 by the American Payroll Association, NPW is an annual campaign which dedicates five working days each year to honoring those whose tax contributions support the American Dream and the payroll professionals who are dedicated to paying them accurately and on time.

In line with helping these HR professionals, Checkpoint HR offers a centralized Web-based platform that helps electronically link their payroll, HR and benefits operations. This innovative and tightly integrated approach offers significant time-savings for the administrator, thereby gaining efficiencies within payroll, HR and benefits administration while offering employees easy access and self service capabilities giving them access to their information - 24/7 for true anytime, anywhere access.

The CheckPoint HR Human Resources Management System (HRMS) spans the entire HR lifecycle by integrating all aspects of HR, from payroll, recruitment, skills validation and background checks to training to employee termination processes such as COBRA administration. Using one unified platform, HR pros gain total control of their HR processes.

"Our proprietary technology supports mid-market organizations with the tools to automate their HR operations, especially payroll," states Steve Rosenthal, co-founder and CEO of CheckPoint HR. "Our payroll model consolidates vendor services, enabling CheckPoint HR to streamline client processes and increase organizational efficiencies without driving up costs."

Complementing its payroll automation model, CheckPoint HR has also streamlined the hiring process through its seamless integration with Monster.com where clients create job descriptions using "wizards". This process offers the capability to build filters via intuitive questions to screen applicants by skill set or geography. After the job descriptions are posted to Monster.com via a FTP transaction process, potential applicants review the specific jobs and answer questions accordingly. Those respondents that answer the questions within the pre-determined parameters are automatically forwarded to the employer to begin the interview process. CheckPoint HR's proprietary software integrated with Monster.com makes this process fully automated without human intervention. Upon hiring, the new employee is transferred into the portal to begin education, employment and background checks.

"We are optimizing Monster.com to achieve this automation via our CheckPoint HR portal and NOT through hyperlinks - all information resides on the CheckPoint HR Human Resource Management System," added Rosenthal. "Plus, our clients can rest assured that the information is secure. After an HR person logs in once to this system, it knows them via role-based security."

"The seamless integration between CheckPoint HR's system and Monster's job posting solutions not only helps our job seekers more efficiently reach potential employers, but allows CheckPoint HR clients to quickly identify and target well-qualified applicants," said Neal Bruce, Vice President of Alliances, Monster.
